We hold exclusive Middle East relationships with world-class manufacturers — Puyang Iron and Steel (5.5 million tonnes annual capacity in medium and heavy plate), Cangzhou Zhanfa (spiral and welded line pipe), and Cangzhou Huadun (anti-corrosion and insulation engineering). But our strength runs deeper than exclusivities. Our sourcing reach spans pipe, fittings, valves, plate, mechanical equipment and coatings across China, Europe, South America and Canada — so when one region disrupts, we reroute and still deliver.
Techfringe is the GCC engineering arm of Reyna Holding Group (Hong Kong). Our own European office, NPIChem B.V. in the Netherlands, gives us direct access to high-end European stainless steel, flanges and valves. This international structure is what lets us hold genuine mill relationships on one side and serve GCC project sites on the other — one accountable partner across the whole chain.
